Susan is the agency's operations manager responsible for the office space, vendor relations, information technology, and administrative staff. Susan holds an AAI designation and has 40 years of professional insurance experience in various roles on the risk management and agency sides of the industry. Susan graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and joined Carey, Richmond & Viking in 2004.

Susan enjoys a good book and is a Wordle fan. She also likes cooking and baking. She is a supporter of public radio and television, RI Special Olympics and the RI Community Food Bank. She is a regular blood donor and encourages others to give it a try. Susan also enjoys wheat beers, watching movies, listening to NPR, boating on Buzzards Bay and vacationing in Siesta Key, FL.
