As a Director of Sales Enablement & Operations, Rose is responsible for an integrating role between the sales and marketing areas, including sales operations, sales development/training, content marketing, field marketing and HR. In addition, she assists the President with developing, communicating, executing and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to joining CRV in early 2019, Rose held a management career in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years focusing on sales, marketing, training, client operations and sales automation. She holds a producer license for both Life and Health in Rhode Island.

Family and giving back to the community are extremely important to Rose. She lives in Portsmouth with her husband and has a son who is in college. Rose is the former President of the Board of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in Newport whose mission is to nourish, educate and support all Newport county residents to improve their economic and social well-being. She has been involved with the MLKCC since 2014. She still holds a seat on the board & currently chairs their Governance Committee.

In her free time, she is an avid reader, a Boston sports junkie, and a beach lover. After a 20-year hiatus, she has once again taken up the game of golf and enjoys her regular league play and playing with her favorite groups.
