​Lynne is a carrier/client liaison for all claims activities for the commercial and personal portfolios.  As an account manager she is also responsible for general account maintenance, coordination of policy changes, invoicing and billing inquiries for commercial account clients.  Lynne is licensed in MA and RI, has more than 20 years of insurance experience and holds the AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designations.

​Lynne’s primary commitment is to assist clients through the claims process and facilitate the many challenges along the way. Lynne utilizes sound, professional principals and a little ‘out-of-the-box thinking’ to work toward the best possible outcome for our clients. In past years Lynne organized all agency birthdays parties and get-togethers. She is also a supporter of the American Cancer Society & PBS Radio/Television.
