As a Director of Talent Development, Kim is responsible for developing our team of talented individuals and career mapping. She is responsible for hiring and building the organization’s team, succession planning and leadership. Kim graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in Psychology. She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resource development and leadership working with all business levels.

Kim lives in Tiverton with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she loves to garden, travel and spend time at the beach.
